All items from Crafty Chicken Company are custom-made to order.

• No refunds or exchanges are accepted on custom or personalized items unless the item is defective or an error was made on our end.
• If there is an issue with your order, you must contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the item.
• Approved issues will be eligible for a replacement or store credit.
• Orders cannot be canceled once production has begun.

We take pride in our work and will always make it right if there is a mistake on our end.

To keep your custom apparel looking its best:

• Turn garment inside out before washing
• Machine wash in cold water
• Use mild detergent (no bleach or fabric softener)
• Tumble dry on low heat or hang dry
• Do not iron directly on the design
• Avoid dry cleaning

• Allow 24 hours before washing after pressing
• Wash inside out on cold
• Low heat dry or air dry
• Do not use bleach or fabric softener
